Signez vos mails façon Galia !

A tous les bénévoles, ceux du refuge, ceux qui diffusent ou encore à ceux qui aiment l'association tout simplement, je vous propose d'insérer cette signature dans vos mails (en modifiant les informations bien sûr) :

Pour certains, cela va peut-être paraître compliqué mais ne vous inquiétez pas, vous allez y arriver !
J'ajouterai les procédures au fur et à mesure des demandes (thunderbird ? windows live mail ? gmail ?...)

Pour Outlook :

Se rendre dans Outlook > Nouveau Message > Signatures > Nouveau > Donner un nom et enregistrer
Faire apparaitre les fichiers cachés dans l'explorateur de fichiers (http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/825-afficher-les-extensions-et-les-fichiers-caches-sous-windows)
Se rendre dans C:\Users\LENOMDETONPOSTE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures (ex.: chez moi, LENOMDETONPOSTE = Delphine)
Chercher le fichier portant le nom de la signature avec l’extension « .htm » ; clique droit : ouvrir avec « bloc-notes » (ou Notepad, wordpad,... bref un editeur de texte simple)
Virer tout le contenu et placer le code HTML ci-dessous à la place… Enregistrer et fermer !
